Incandescent light bulbs consist of a glass enclosure (the envelope, or bulb) which the bulb with an inert gas reduces evaporation of the filament and reduces the required strength of the glass. Inside of the bulb is a filament of tungsten wire, through which an electrical current is passed. - this is the representation of the filament...on its best mood....
Speed of light vs Speed of time...Truthfully, I don't know that much about phsyics. Other 'this and that here and there'. Maybe my idea is more of a "steady state theory" , I don't know. I have always thought the idea of time being constant. No forward, no backwards.
